The ACT-I-VATE comic artist collective will be putting a primer edition through IDW Publishing.  Everyone talks their Dinosaur Comics, and their Diesel Sweeties and their Achewood as being great webcomics but truly, in the end, ACT-i-VATE is the best.

According to the release the book will feature work from Molly Crabapple, Dean Haspiel, Joe Infurnari, Nick Bertozzi, and the rest of the current collective.  To get a taste of how truly talented this group of artists truly are, I would highly recommend checking out the site, you’ll probably spend all day there. However, what makes this book excellent is this:

The Act-i-vate Primer, the very first collection of stand alone, never-before-seen stories. This tome is a lot bigger than it seems.
